We’re getting text messages from our team in Kenya! Below is what we’ve gotten so far from Flip Musser.
We’ll continue to send out emails as we get updates!
You can go to Google maps and follow their progress. Start at Nairobi, go NW to Nakuru, continue NW to Eldoret, then W to Bungoma. Please pray for their safety and the success of their trip and for the people they meet in Africa!

5:45pm Mon - We are on time and have started boarding (Philadelphia)
2:27am Tues - Arrived London
5:35am Tues - We boarded plane for Nairobi
2:18pm Tues - We arrived Nairobi
3:39pm Tues - We are at the guest house. We hope to sleep well
1:53am Wed - We all slept well. We had a nice breakfast. Are on our way to Musese.
8:12am Wed - All is well. Having lunch at Nakuru at Great Rift Valley Sports Club. Eric's sister
Nancy works here. Next stop Equator. Saw zebras, baboons, and antelope in route. Weather is awesome.
10:07am Wed - We have made it to Eldoret pit stop. On our way again. Got water and pastry.
Two more hours of driving left. Big rain cloud catching up with us.
12:43pm Wed - Arrived safe and tired at a guest house in Bungoma just for one night, then to
Nzoia sugar plantation for the rest of our stay.
Fri 5/28 – Day is sunny. Good breakfast at church. Clinic is open and organized. Seeing 100s of people. Praise God!
Fri 5/28 – Harry, Jerry and Sandy will take break for lunch. We are headed to Eldoret to get more supplies after assessing needs.
Sat 5/29 – Good am from
Sat 5/29 – Today Rene, Pam and I go to Jaffrey’s church. Harry to clinic. Others to kids’ Sunday school.
Sat 5/29 – Clinic saw 250 today. Many children – too many to count. Rene was amazing and the women loved Pam. On our way 2 Wanga’s (Eric Wanga’s parents’ house ) for dinner. Having a rain storm African style. Rainy season.
Sat 5/29 – Just got bus stuck. 30 mins later we are on the road to the guest house. Supper at John’s (Eric’s father) was as good as usual. We are all tired and ready for bed. Church tomorrow at 9:30.
Sun 5/30 – Sunday church was awesome. Rene preached today and asked people to front for prayer. We laid hands on many. Had lunch at Albina’s (Eric’s mother). Meeting with leaders in pm to discuss plans moving forward. Back at Albina’s now for dinner. Had a rain storm African Style.
Sun 5/30 – Back at guest house. Another long day. All is well. Clinic has seen 575 people in 2 days. Doc (Harry) has seen close to 60 people. Clinic tomorrow and teaching at school. Rene teaching men and Pam teaching women.
Mon 5/31 – Awesome am. Off to public school, church and clinic today. We need more drugs to keep it open. Extra money going to that need. Miss congregation and excited to tell story when home. Pam is craving a cheeseburger. Love you and miss you to everyone.
Mon 5/31 – Saw 400 in clinic today. Hope to have enough meds to stay open all day Tuesday.
Tues 6/1 – Sunny am. We split team up again today. Doc, Jerry to Clinic. Sandy and Carol with kids. Rene & Pam to teach men and women. Jim and I (Flip) prep for shed. Still trying to get number of container driver – important we stay in touch.
Tues 6/1 – Day is done clinic saw 1419 in 4 days. Doc (assume Harry) saw 175 in 4 days

Tues 6/1 – Everyone headed back to Nzoia guest house for the night. I (Flip) am staying at the Wanga’s. Eric will drive to Kitali early tomorrow to get cow. Container is on the way. Spoke to driver 2 times. Pray it gets here early!
